High Pressure Solenoid Valves for Air and Water

We offer a range of proven high pressure solenoid valves intended for use with compressed air and high pressure water. These high pressure valves are designed for demanding industrial applications. They are produced by ACL srl, solenoid valve manufacturers since 1987.

ACL’s High Pressure Solenoid Feature:

  • Robust brass bodies with stainless steel internal parts
  • Normally Closed and Normally Open versions
  • Capable of controlling fluids at pressures of up to 150 bar
  • The use of stainless steel and PBT resin for the pistons ensures a long service life
  • Their compact physical size makes installation in OEM equipment easier
  • Choice of solenoid voltage
  • Quality European manufacture, from a dependable, proven OEM supplier

ACL’s range of high pressure solenoid valves for air, water and other compatible fluids comprises five valve models capable of controlling pressures of up to 150 bar.  All of these high pressure valves feature the use of a servo-assisted piston which permits the use of a large orifice allowing the valve to offer excellent flow rates.

50 bar solenoid valves

The 50 bar rated Series 119 normally closed and the 40 bar Series 219 normally open solenoid valves incorporate a number of features designed to ensure long life, fast operating times and leak tight performance. These include robust brass bodies and ACL's proven stainless-steel armature tube with laser welded core. The valve piston is produced in stainless-steel and is guided by graphite rings for smooth operation.

100 bar solenoid valves

The inline Series 124 is a normally closed valve, it offers 1/2”G (BSP) ports and is able to control pressures up 100 bar, the 124 uses a lightweight but durable piston produced in PBT, this reduces impact of the piston closing at high pressures, like the ACL’s other high pressure servo-valves piston is guided by graphite rings.

The Series 224 is the normally open counterpart of the 124, it uses similar construction and can operate with a maximum operating differential pressure of up to 50 bar.

150 bar solenoid valves

The Series 123 offers a very compact 90º valve body measuring only 60 x 48 x 40 mm (excluding the solenoid coil).  This normally closed high pressure valve uses a stainless steel piston with PTFE main seal, the piston is guided by two low friction graphite rings. Even though it possible to switch pressures up to 150 bar this valve is capable of operating with a minimum differential pressure of only 0.7 bar.

Applications for High Pressure Solenoid Valves

The Series 119, 219, 123, 124 and 224 valves are designed for applications such as high pressure air compressors, high pressure jet and steam washers and other similar applications where air or water at high pressures needs to be controlled.

A Supplier You Can Trust

With over 35 years' experience in the supply of solenoid valves and other fluid control products Beta Valve Systems can supply products from some of Europe's leading component manufacturers to meet your requirements in the areas solenoid valves, water meters, water filtration and pipe fittings.

Since 1991 we have produced our own range of solenoid valves which have been used in applications such as drinks vending industry, gas analysers, floor washers and hydroponics.

We place our customers at the centre of everything we do and strive to provide the highest quality products and service. We offer full technical support, from providing product data sheets straight from our website, to expert technical advice by email, phone or personal visit. Close ties with the manufacturers gives us direct access to our suppliers technical staff too.

To support your development or production requirements we can ship most ex-stock orders the same day from our extensive UK stocks. We also provide logistical support by holding buffer stock against call-offs and scheduled orders.
