What is the returns, exchange and refunds policy?
Subject to exceptions, Beta Valve Systems Ltd are happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 28 days of delivery. Refunds will be credited to the original payment card/paypal account. Please note we are unable to offer exchanges if the returned item(s) are not returned in the same condition as they were purchased.
Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. (Where a customer has requested a replacement it is Beta Valve policy to credit the item returned & supply the replacement on a newly raised order).N.B If any parts are found to be missing, a restocking charge may be made, or carriage may not be refunded (usually where a customer has ordered the wrong item).
How can I return items?
So that we may effectively process your return we kindly request that before any item/s are returned you contact us to request a returns number and send the returned goods with a completed copy of our returns form. Any returns received without a retutrns number and completed returns form may be subject to and admin fee which will be deducted from the refund total.
