The 135 series is a range of 2-way normally closed solenoid valves that feature a body produced in a NSF, WRC, KTW and FDA certified thermoplastic polymer. The 135 series can be supplied with an orifice size from 1.5 mm to 4mm offering a maximum operating differential pressure of up to 25 bar - depending on orifice size and coil type - see data sheet for details.

The brass armature tube is chemically nickel plated while the armature, core and return spring are all stainless steel. The 135 series is available fit with seals produced in with a selection of food certified elastomers.

The maximum allowable pressure is 30 bar** (for steam 2.5 bar).

The 135 series is available with a choice of pipe connection types:

K - Plain spigot
N - 1/8" male thread with nut
P - hosetail for semi flexible tubing
W - compression for flexible tubing
Y - 6mm push-fit for semi flexible tubing
Z - 4mm push-fit for semi flexible tubing

The solenoid coils specified for the series 135 valves are 100% rated for continuous use.

The135 series of valves can be used with fluids compatible with the materials of construction with a viscosity not exceeding 25cSt (mm ²/s).

ACL produce both class F and class H coils to fit the Series 135 , these coils are continuously rated with ED=100%, when fitted with the Class F coils the ambient temperature range is: -10°C +55°C with class H coil the maximum ambient temperature is +80°C.

These solenoid valves can be mounted in any position.

Several options are available (contact Beta Valve sales office) these include:

Stainless steel armature tube
Type "N" connections without the nut
UL approved coils

** Dependent on valve/coil combination chosen.
