Pressure range(bar): coil 0-15 bar
Seal type: EPDM
Connector type: CNE Small

Manufactured by ACL srl, the 117 Series comprises a range of brass 2 way latching servo assisted solenoid valves. The bi-stable function is achieved by the use of a polarized permanent magnet energising the coil with a DC current for at least 15ms in the reverse direction of the preceding impulse.

The valve body and cover are produced in brass whilst the  armature tube, plunger, core and return springs are produced in stainless steel. The seal is available in NBR (nitrile, buna), FPM (FKM) or EPDM.

For most media the 117 series of valves can withstand a maximum allowable pressure of 25 bar**.

Options (call Beta Valve sales office for details):

Special coil powers

The 117 series  of valves can be used with fluids compatible with the materials of construction with a viscosity not exceeding 25cSt (mm ²/s).

ACL produce both class F and class H coils to fit the Series 117, these coils are continuously rated with ED=100%, when fitted with the Class F coils the ambient temperature range is: -10°C +55°C with class H coil the maximum ambient temperature is +80°C. These solenoid valves can be mounted in any position.

** Dependent on valve/coil combination chosen.
