Supplied without coil: requires Type 2 or Type 5 coil
Connector type: CNE Large
Degreased for use with oxygen

Manufactured by ACL srl, the Series 110 comprises a range of stainless-steel 2 way normally closed direct acting poppet type solenoid valves.

The valve body, armature tube, armature (plunger), core and return spring are produced in stainless steel, the seal is available in NBR (nitrile, buna), FPM (FKM), EPDM or PTFE.

For most media the series 110 can withstand a maximum allowable pressure of 100 bar**, with steam the maximum allowable pressure PS for steam is 6 bar (gauge pressure) with PTFE seals and 2,5bar with EPDM seals due to the temperature of the steam.

Options (call Beta Valve sales office for details):

Silver shading ring
Factory degreasing for oxygen
UL approved coils

The series 110 can be used with fluids compatible with the materials of construction with a viscosity not exceeding 25cSt (mm ²/s).

ACL produce both class F and class H coils to fit the Series 110, these coils are continuously rated with ED=100%, when fitted with the Class F coils the ambient temperature range is: -10°C +55°C with class H coil the maximum ambient temperature is +80°C. These solenoid valves can be mounted in any position.

** Dependent on valve/coil combination chosen.
