Crouzet has replaced its market-leading Millennium 2 logic controller with the new Millenium 3 which allows product designers to take advantage of the latest developments in logic controllers.

The changes are intended to make it simpler than ever to incorporate automation control functions such as timing, counting, monitoring, temperature and control sequencing in to your control application.

Programming development time and costs are reduced because the Millennium 3 features the most extensive function library on the market (including application-specific functions such as pump rotation, cam timer and calculation), new functions include high speed counting tachometer, PID temperature and data storage. Programmers can now choose between Ladder or FBD/Grafcet SFC graphical programming software that runs on the PC.  This powerful and intuative software includes:

An economical solution to the requirement for the automatic control of an electric water pump according to demand. By sensing both flow and pressure the PRESS SET can automatically activate the pump the user opens a valve or tap connected to the pump outlet.

The PRESS SET also protects the pump by automatically switching off the pump if there is an absence of flow caused by shortage of water or obstruction to the inlet flow.
