Automatic Electronic Condensate Drain Valves for

Air Compressors & Pneumatic Systems

The S106 Series is intended to automatically drain damaging condensate water from air compressor reservoirs, filters, separators, receivers, drip legs and other compressed air system components. The period between drain operations and the drain valve opening times can be adjusted by the user to suit the requirements of the application.

  • Fully automatic
  • Solenoid valve protected by an easily cleaned filter complete with ball valve
  • Range of types to suit most applications irrispective of pressure
  • Voltage 24V AC/DC to 240V AC 50/60Hz
  • Adjustable timer intervals Time ON 0.5 - 10 seconds
  • Easy installation

The S106 is intended to provide an economical solution to the problem of draining small or low cost compressed air systems. The S106 has been designed specially for such economy applications.   The various models in the S106 range includes "low pressure"  models for use on standard "factory air" up to 10bar and and "high pressure models" for use on air systems operating at up to 25 bar or where the largest possible size valve orifice is required.

The unit can be set up easily with the open and closed times being easily set, the stainless steel strainer can be removed for cleaning even when the pneumatic system is pressureised thanks to the isolation ball valve.

The solenoid valve is an active device unlike a conventional passive float valve, the powerful operation of the solenoid ensures that the unit does not stop operating due to the slow build up of contamination or corrosion, the automatic operation of the timer ensures that the chore of draining the system is never forgotten.
